Join our Rostering Support Centre as an Roster Support Officer and play a key role in delivering high-quality workforce management across Sunshine Coast Health. In this fast-paced role, you'll provide customer-focused rostering support, maintain accurate time and attendance records, and work closely with nurse unit and line managers to ensure optimal workforce deployment. Based at Nambour General Hospital, you'll contribute to continuous improvement and support safe, efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities include:

Provide customer-focused rostering and workforce management support, including planning, creating, and maintaining rosters to ensure optimal workforce deployment.

Manage time and attendance records, liaising with staff and managers to enable accurate scheduling and pay outcomes.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with nurse unit/line managers to understand operational needs and provide accurate advice.

Review and action data validation reports, correcting errors within required timeframes and maintaining accurate administrative records.
Remuneration value up to $97,656 p.a., comprising salary between $76,963 - $85,591 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
