An exciting opportunity exists for an Application Portfolio & Compliance Officer to our ICT Strategy and Architecture team. This role is responsible for the following functions:
- Support the planning and management of the Sunshine Coast Health information and application portfolio in line with changing business needs and technologies, documenting and analysing the inventory of software assets, and informing decisions regarding their maintenance and/or replacement.
- Enable Sunshine Coast Health to meet the compliance obligations of relevant legislation, policies and standards by maintaining registers of application, information and technology assets managed by SCHHS and providing reports as required.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain an Information and Application asset register, including an inventory of Sunshine Coast Health applications in line with the QH Data and Application Custodianship Standard using various tools such as Microsoft Office suite and Orbus iServer and support relevant staff across SCH to access and use the register
- Collate and maintain information, compile and submit reports as required by the following legislation, policies and standards pertaining to applications, information and technology assets
Remuneration value up to $131 052 p.a., comprising salary between $105 568 - $114 861 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5).
