Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage SCHI administration staff, ensuring effective performance, development and operational support.
• Oversee SCHI administrative and business support systems, driving improvements in service delivery, efficiency and productivity.
• Provide high-level operational, governance and risk management advice to the Executive Director, including reports, briefing notes and coordination of complex matters
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with SCHI Business Partners and SCHHS service groups to support quality initiatives and organisational objectives

Remuneration value up to $148 323 p.a., comprising salary between $121 360 - $129 998 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (Fixed Term Temporary position available for 12 months).
