The Senior Coordinator, SCHI provides high-level operational, governance and workforce support to the Executive Director, leading the SCHI administration team and driving service, quality and process improvements. This role builds strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical partners to support SCHI's education, training and research functions.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage SCHI administration staff, ensuring effective performance, development and operational support.
- Oversee SCHI administrative and business support systems, driving improvements in service delivery, efficiency and productivity.
- Provide high-level operational, governance and risk management advice to the Executive Director, including reports, briefing notes and coordination of complex matters
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with SCHI Business Partners and SCHHS service groups to support quality initiatives and organisational objectives
Remuneration value up to $148 323 p.a., comprising salary between $121 360 - $129 998 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO6) (Fixed Term Temporary position available for 12 months).
