Deliver high-level physiotherapy care within the inpatient Gympie Rehabilitation service, providing leadership, clinical expertise and support across varied rehabilitation caseloads. This role leads daily service planning, contributes to education, quality improvement and research, and provides supervision to junior clinicians across SCHHS.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Deliver independent, high-level physiotherapy clinical services across complex rehabilitation caseloads with minimal supervision.
• Provide clinical leadership, advice and education to support patient-centred care, influencing multidisciplinary service delivery.
• Supervise and support junior physiotherapists and students, contributing to professional standards, development and clinical governance.
• Lead and participate in service improvement, quality activities and research initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and practice standards.
Remuneration value up to $157 359 p.a., comprising salary between $128 169 - $137 918 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Fixed Term Temporary position available for 12 months).
