About the Role

As Director, Student Services you will play a pivotal role in realising this vision. This is your opportunity to lead strategically, influence system-wide outcomes, and make a tangible difference in the lives of young Queenslanders. Reporting to the Executive Director, Regional Operations, you will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver differentiated, high-impact support to schools and communities. Your leadership will ensure that every student—particularly those with additional needs—has access to the support and services they need to learn, engage and flourish.

You'll bring expertise in navigating complex educational environments, translating data and insight into action, and fostering strong partnerships across schools, agencies and communities. With a focus on continuous improvement, innovation and accountability, you'll guide your teams to deliver excellence in service delivery and student outcomes.
