About you:
In your new role you will:
- Provide high-level advice to HHS profession specific Educators, and Executive Directors of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce education, cultural safety, and best practice approaches.
- Design and deliver education programs that align with professional and cultural standards, ensuring the education content is contemporary, effective, and tailored to learner needs and that cultural safety and capability frameworks are maintained.
- Integrate education, mentorship, and leadership across multiple HHSs to ensure the workforce can operate to full scope of practice, align with statewide priorities, and deliver high-quality, culturally safe care.
