About the Team
The Strategy and Transformation Division is a dynamic support function that leads and enables critical strategic and transformation initiatives across the HHS and broader statewide paediatric network. We are a team that encourages creativity, critical thinking and a growth mindset and apply evidence-based methodologies across the complex healthcare context.
About the Role
- Coordinate and support the delivery of complex projects aligned with CHQ's strategic priorities.
- Understand and apply contemporary health service planning, healthcare improvement, innovation and/or project management methodologies and tools to plan, implement, monitor and close projects with defined deliverables and timelines. Manage project documentation, data, schedules, risks and reporting to ensure effective delivery.
- Maintain awareness of relevant CHQ, State and Federal initiatives to ensure alignment and responsiveness in project work.
- Undertake research, data analysis and evaluation using appropriate methodologies and tools
- Assist in developing implementation plans, change readiness assessments and evaluation tools.
- Contribute to post-implementation reviews, benefits tracking and reporting on project outcomes.
- Support the development of logic models, outcome frameworks and practical evaluation approaches tailored to project context.
- Document lessons learned and support knowledge sharing across teams and projects.
- Support stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for consultation, collaboration, and negotiation.
- Develop and present clear, concise reports, dashboards, and insights to influence compliance and strategic decisions.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages high performance, leadership development, and staff wellbeing.
- Work flexibly across a matrixed team environment, collaborating with colleagues from diverse disciplines to share expertise, align priorities, and achieve integrated outcomes across the division.
