In this dynamic role, you'll streamline recruitment processes, build data integrity, develop procedural improvements, and foster strong partnerships across our health service. You'll play a key role in guiding line managers, ensuring compliance, and supporting our transition toward more agile, proactive recruitment services. About the role:
- Supervise daily workflow, coaching, and on-the-job training for Recruitment Officers.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support change across recruitment services.
- Manage Criminal History checks and case manage Employees Requiring Placement.
- Prepare reports, activity updates, and workload reviews for effective team oversight.
- Provide technical advice, gather information, and respond to client requests.
- Develop and maintain procedural guidelines and monitor data accuracy.
- Build strong, professional relationships and manage sensitive information appropriately.
About you:
- You understand (or can quickly learn) recruitment legislation, policies, and processes.
- You confidently use HR systems and Microsoft Office to support high-volume work.
- You communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism during organisational change.
- You lead with integrity, supporting positive team culture and client-focused service.
- You bring a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy strengthening processes and outcomes.
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $114,177 p.a. is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $45.81 - $50.46 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
