As a Security Specialist, you will:
• Build and implement new security initiatives and offerings to the clients such as zero trust network access solution and firewall management related services.
• Improve or uplift the existing security operations offerings to enhance services to our clients.
• Active participation in the development of a road map for the security services that CITEC provides.
• Have the ability to provide professional services and consultancy to CITEC and its clients.
• Deliver operational security services focusing on the security infrastructure related services, firewall management, DNS protective services, incident
management and resolution. and secure VPN to the whole of Government agencies.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners to support the effective delivery of SOPs services.
• Stay informed of technologies, security landscape and best practices to deliver and enhance our services.
• Take part in an out of hours on-call roster.
