QLeave is seeking an experienced Senior Program Officer (AO6) to join the Enterprise Program Planning and Delivery team on a temporary, flexible full-time basis.

This role will contribute to the delivery of key strategic initiatives, including the implementation of a CRM system for QLeave’s Wage Based schemes, and support broader business process and system improvements across the organisation.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Program Manager, Enterprise Program Planning and Delivery, you will act as a business representative within complex project environments, supporting the design, implementation and embedding of new processes and systems.

Your immediate focus will include reviewing existing processes, co-designing future-state workflows and ensuring solutions meet legislative, compliance and organisational requirements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a business representative to support the implementation of new processes and systems, including development, customisation and integration with existing platforms.
  • Review existing and co-design future-state business processes, workflows and work instructions.
  • Conduct gap analyses on business templates and coordinate the development and implementation of updated templates across Operations teams.
  • Create wireframes and engage stakeholders on system-related requirements, inquiries and meetings, including coordination with external delivery partners.
  • Develop, update and deliver training materials, work instructions, policies and procedures, and facilitate engaging training sessions for users.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test cases and scenarios.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to monitor data integrity, redundancy and relevance for business users.
  • Prepare and contribute to project artefacts, reports and implementation documentation.
  • Respond to complex, ad-hoc queries requiring subject matter expertise, including data-related investigations.
  • Collaborate with project subject matter experts, internal teams and external stakeholders to support delivery preparation and achievement of project timelines.
  • Develop and review standards, procedures and tools to ensure high-quality systems and alignment with QLeave and industry standards.
  • Work with partners and vendors to provide advice on solutions to complex business problems.
  • Undertake other duties as directed by your supervisor.

This position reports to the Program Manager, Enterprise Program Planning & Delivery and has no supervisory responsibilities.

What we're looking for

  • Proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders, with strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to identify and escalate issues.
  • Well-developed problem-solving skills and proficiency in digital technologies and systems analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail in developing, documenting and implementing systems and processes.
  • The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal project stakeholders and external technology vendors.

Prior experience in project management, systems analysis, CRM implementation and/or administrative processing will be highly regarded.
