Your new role:
In this senior allied health role, you will deliver high-quality Psychology, Social Work or Occupational Therapy services to participants of the Drug and Alcohol Court. You'll apply advanced clinical judgement, act as a clinical reference point, and contribute to service development, education and quality improvement within Addiction Services.
You will:
- Deliver assessment, intervention and evaluation for people with alcohol and drug dependency
- Manage a complex caseload using evidence-based, ethical and recovery-oriented approaches
- Act as a clinical reference point within the allied health and interprofessional team
- Apply increasingly independent clinical judgement with minimal supervision
- Contribute to development of evidence-based clinical practices, policies and protocols
About you:
You are an experienced allied health clinician with strong expertise in addiction services and complex care. You communicate confidently, manage competing demands effectively and thrive in multidisciplinary, justice-linked environments.
You will bring:
- Discipline-specific qualification and registration (Psychology, Social Work or OT)
- Advanced clinical experience in alcohol and other drugs or mental health services
- Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage complex workloads and apply advanced clinical judgement
