The Surveying Services team is recruiting enthusiastic Cadastral Surveyors to join us in Rockhampton or Mackay. Our surveyors are responsible for maintaining the cadastral integrity of the state, investigating and providing advice on surveying matters, undertaking field surveys, contributing to the state's geodetic infrastructure and supporting the integration of spatial data.

Surveying Services ensures the Government can deliver a reliable land boundary system, a robust positioning framework and provide professional surveying services that enhance the Government's business. The work you do as a member of the team will contribute to the prosperity of the Queensland community and make a huge difference for the state.

Mandatory requirements:

Qualifications:
• A Degree qualification in Surveying, Spatial Sciences or an agreed equivalent.
• Registered as a Cadastral Surveyor with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (or the ability to become registered as a Cadastral Surveyor in Queensland via the Surveyors Board of Queensland mutual recognition framework) is mandatory.)

Licences:
• The possession of a current C class driver's licence is desirable.
