Join our Grants Division helping vulnerable Queenslanders secure grants of aid for legal representation. We give you the opportunity to progress in an awesome organisation that rewards employees for their hard work.
In this role you will:
- Analyse, assess and process applications in line with approved funding criteria and tests as it relates to a client's eligibility to receive funding for legal representation at various stages of proceedings.
- Gather additional information to support and verify application details.
- Assist clients, legal practitioners and other stakeholders in relation to grants of aid.
- Maintain files including preparing file notes, submissions, data entry, regular review and finalisation.
- Assess and authorise accounts submitted by legal practitioners in line with the payment rules and audit requirements.
- Undertake a range of revenue, compliance and monitoring activities as required.
