We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Manager, Registration Services to lead transformative reforms and initiatives that will elevate regulatory practices and operational efficiencies.
In this high-impact leadership role, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team and the Director, Registration Services, to direct a dedicated team and directly support the Non-State School Accreditation Board (the Board) in risk-based regulatory practices.

About the Role
As Manager, you will lead data-driven initiatives to inform regulatory reforms that align with strategic objectives under relevant legislative frameworks, employing principles of good administrative decision-making and best practice regulation.
Reporting to the Director, Registration Services - Early Childhood, Regulation and Communication, you will help drive the Board secretariat's success in its critical functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of risk-based regulatory frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory outcomes.
- Identify and analyse issues, risks, and trends relevant to the regulation of non-state schools and develop strategies to address challenges.
- Manage high-risk and complex matters with strategic oversight, ensuring compliance with legislative and organisational requirements.
- Drive work planning, resource allocation, and prioritisation of regulatory efforts based on intelligence and data-driven risk assessments.
- Oversee the preparation and review of corporate documentation, including strategic and operational reports, policies, procedures, and annual reports.
