    At the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR), we're not just about rules - we're about protecting communities and supporting businesses to do the right thing.

    Please note:  This role involves shift work, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, to support compliance operations across Queensland.

    As a Compliance Officer (AO4), you'll be part of a passionate team that values integrity, collaboration and impact.

    What You'll Do:

    Every day is different.   You'll:

    • Work with people across Queensland - from venue operators to casino managers - to ensure compliance with liquor and gambling laws.
    • Conduct inspections and investigations, both in the office and in the active environment.
    • Take part in casino compliance operations, helping maintain the integrity of high-profile environments.
    • Provide advice and education to stakeholdrs, building trust and understanding.
    • Make decisions that matter - whether it's providing advice or education or recommending other enforcement action.
