About the role

The Trade Coordinator works with a high level of autonomy and is accountable to the BEMS Manager for the performance and outcomes of their own work and that of their team.

This role is responsible for coordinating in-house trades staff and contractors across Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service, providing leadership, technical advice, and training on building systems, plant, and equipment. You will also ensure compliance with relevant legislation, Queensland Health policies, and asset maintenance requirements.
