About the role:
The Allied Health – Advanced (General Medicine) clinician will utilise advanced clinical skills in at least one area of allied health practice, as well as extended skills across a range of allied health disciplines to provide day to day clinical leadership in the interdisciplinary delivery of Allied Health services across emergency, acute medical and surgical, sub-acute and rehabilitation continuum of care for patients and families within CQHHS.
In collaboration with medical and nursing colleagues, at a unit and service level, lead the development, implementation and evaluation of clinical pathways and innovative care models that address complex patient needs across the continuum including the advocacy for advanced and full scopes of practice that can be measured through HHS level strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
About you:
Hold qualifications and registration with the appropriate registration authority to practice in any of the following:
- Occupational Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Social Work
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $172,615 is comprised of:
- An hourly rate between $73.12 - $76.30 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
