Your new role:

The Director, Division of Adult Mental Health Services is responsible for providing specialist clinical care and leadership across inpatient and community addiction and mental health services within designated MSAMHS sites, strengthening partnerships across MSH, and offering expert advice on service gaps, challenges and opportunities. The role requires oversight of clinical service delivery, support for patient flow, and representation of MSAMHS in site-based committees to ensure integration with the broader health system. The Director must ensure accurate and timely data entry in systems, collaborate across sites and teams to achieve positive consumer outcomes, and fulfil all duties within their scope of practice, including implementing models of care, supporting patient safety initiatives, and participating in annual performance reviews. Duties are to be performed in line with the medical officer's roster and may be amended based on operational requirements.
