Your opportunity
As Assistant Home Care Coordinator you will be an active member of the Charleville Home Care Service, supported by a highly motivated, consumer focused Home Care Coordination Team. You will liaise and interact with other like-minded community-based service providers and health professionals.
The very nature of what we do and who we are is the real opportunity. Providing health care support in the bush is full of challenges, however, it remains the most rewarding of human experiences.
