About the role
There are two temporary opportunities available:
- a 4-month role with possibility of extension
- a 12-month role with possibility of extension
The location of these positions is flexible. Flexible arrangements can be considered upon application, including working remotely at a Regional QBCC office subject to availability. If working from a regional office, travel to the Brisbane office may be required.
Key Outcomes and Accountabilities
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Creation and maintenance of supplier master data
- Receipt Customer payments and attend to customer enquiries in regards to receipts.
- Reconcile daily receipting balance and takings
- Managing email inbox daily, filing, archiving
