We are looking for Payments and Receipting Officers to join our team in Financial Services! In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for ensuring QBCC’s invoices, payments and accounts payable records are accurately entered and maintained, whilst providing excellent customer service. About the role

There are two temporary opportunities available:

  • a 4-month role with possibility of extension
  • a 12-month role with possibility of extension

The location of these positions is flexible. Flexible arrangements can be considered upon application, including working remotely at a Regional QBCC office subject to availability.  If working from a regional office, travel to the Brisbane office may be required.

Key Outcomes and Accountabilities

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Creation and maintenance of supplier master data
  • Receipt Customer payments and attend to customer enquiries in regards to receipts.
  • Reconcile daily receipting balance and takings
  • Managing email inbox daily, filing, archiving
