The Building Engineering and Maintenance Service (BEMS) is a Sunshine Coast and Hospital and Health Service-wide service covering buildings, grounds, plant and equipment including medical devices
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Perform duties as part of a multi skilled pool of labour and participate in training to enhance skill levels to support the team.
- Undertake basic gardening, landscaping, cleaning and making tidy all facility gardens, grounds, paths, carparks.
- Inspect and monitor grounds maintenance carried out by contractors at all facilities and interact with Coordinators and Contractors for quality outcomes and contract management.
Salary between $69,486 - $72,833p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (OO3) (Permanent full time).
