Your opportunity:
- The purpose of the role is to participate in patient management in the ambulatory and in-patient settings of the Palliative Care Support Service.
- Provide support for patients being managed through the Palliative Care Support Service in the Bundaberg region of the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service.
This position is accredited with RACGP and ACRRM.
Temporary Full Time (76 hours p.f.) from date of appointment for 12 months with the possibility of extension.
