We're looking for a passionate Senior Chef de Partie (Fine Dining) to bring their skills to Strangers Restaurant one of Brisbane's most unique dining environments. This is your chance to contribute to menu creation that showcases native Australian ingredients and locally sourced Queensland produce.
This role will:
- Deliver innovative and high-quality fine dining experiences.
- Collaborate on menu planning and contribute creative ideas.
- Supervise and mentor apprentice chefs and kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.

We are looking for:
- Qualified Chef with at least 2 years' experience in a similar level role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Passion for local produce and innovative cuisine.
