We're excited to welcome an Administration Officer to our Mental Health & Specialised Services Team.

The Administration Officer - Director Support provides a high level of confidential administrative and secretarial support service to the Director. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication on a daily basis and externally with various departments and agencies.
The Mental Health and Specialised Services Team aim to work together to assist individuals with mental health and addiction illnesses to realise their optimal potential as individuals and as valued citizens of the community through facilitating access to a comprehensive, recovery-oriented mental health system that improves mental health for Queenslanders.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide high quality confidential administration and secretarial support to the Director.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communication.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the office of the Director on a day to day basis.
- Organise, coordinate and manage all secretarial and administrative aspects for the Director in a professional manner, including diary management.
Remuneration value up to $50,292 p.a, comprising salary rates $38.81 - $43.16 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (part time position available, 38 hrs p.f.)
