We are seeking a Portfolio Investments and Benefits Manager to join the Strategic Transformation Group within the Transformation Office. This role is critical in shaping how QCS invests in and realises benefits from its portfolio of programs and projects.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Transformation, you will establish, embed, and refine investment and benefits frameworks that support effective planning and delivery of QCS' portfolio. Your work will ensure investments align with strategic priorities, maximise return on investment, and deliver measurable benefits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading business engagement to progress proposals and initiate projects in line with QCS investment requirements.
- Maintaining and improving investment and benefits frameworks, tools, templates, and training resources.
- Supporting portfolio governance to enable informed investment decisions.
- Preparing investment documentation, feasibility studies, and research reports.
- Providing strategic advice to the QCS Portfolio Board to optimise portfolio performance.
- Developing benefits profiles and realisation plans, and tracking benefits across the portfolio.
- Producing complex reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Building organisational capability through education, coaching, and support.
