An exciting opportunity exists for a Psychologist/ Occupational Therapist/ Social Worker - Senior to join our team within the headspace in-reach program. The headspace in-reach program supports young people aged 12-25 in an integrated service system (local headspace centres and Sunshine Coast Health) it aims to bridge gaps in care, reduce the number of young people in the missing middle, provide more timely access to specialist mental health treatment and care and strengthen clinical pathways, referrals and transitions.
Sunshine Coast Health is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Deliver independent high-level Psychology / Occupational Therapy / Social Work clinical practice with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision. Exercise professional judgement to a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence.
- Provide high level clinical advice, education and influence towards a common patient-centred vision and direction to professional operational teams and relevant stakeholders regarding service delivery.
- Provide leadership oversight and clinical practice supervision to less experienced Psychology / Occupational Therapy / Social Work practitioners and students as delegated.
- Communicate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to influence the culture towards a common, patient-centred vision and direction.
Remuneration based pro rata on equivalent full time value up to $125 887 p.a., comprising salary rates: $64.64 - $69.55 p.h. employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Fixed term temporary part position, 60.8 hrs p.f. for 9 months).
