About the role
Provide high level and confidential administrative support to the Police Communications Centre Mental Health Liaison Service
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- Provide a high level of efficiency, confidential secretarial and administrative support in the organisation and functioning of the QFMHS, and in the absence of managers resolve immediate problems. Achieve work targets with limited supervision and contribute to team goals in a changing environment.
- Arrange and maintain an electronic daily calendar of relevant meetings, appointments and the QFMHS programs clinical coverage roster for clinicians and on-call psychiatrists.
- Efficiently and effectively co-ordinate payroll processes for the on-call psychiatrists by maintaining solid knowledge of relevant RBWH procedures, providing accurate advice and ensure concise record keeping of all payroll forms.
- Provide executive support and maintain records to internal and interdepartmental committees. Including preparation of and/or coordination of agenda papers, reports, minutes and correspondence, finalisation and dispatch of such papers and follow-up actions.
