Your new role:
In this senior role, you will deliver specialised speech pathology assessment and intervention for adolescents in an acute mental health inpatient setting, applying advanced clinical judgement and working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
You will:
- Deliver senior speech pathology assessment, intervention and evaluation
- Manage complex adolescent presentations within an inpatient environment
- Act as a clinical reference point within the Speech Pathology team
- Contribute to evidence-based practice, policies and service development
- Provide supervision, education and support to HP3 clinicians and students
About you:
You are an experienced speech pathologist with strong clinical capability and confidence working in complex inpatient mental health environments.
You will bring:
- Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Advanced experience in adolescent, mental health or inpatient settings
- Strong clinical judgement, prioritisation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in supervision, education or clinical leadership
