What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a team at strategic and operational levels in accordance with the approved ITIL ITSM processes to achieve definedservice levels.
- Provide direction and guidance for any required configuration of i.Pharmacy to support Pharmacy Automation System implementations.
- Provide high quality, effective and efficient advice and subject matter expertise to users of Pharmacy Automation systems across Queensland Health's business, both within and outside the pharmacy area.
- Ensure compliance and optimal performance of enterprise service levels by managing and performing the dissemination and implementation of policies, processes, procedures and standards for technical configuration of Pharmacy Automation Systems.
- Maintain and apply an advanced and contemporary level of expertise with the i.Pharmacy application in order to act as a whole-of state advisory resource for users, and other stakeholders on the i.Pharmacy dispensing robot core interface.
- Research, develop and maintain significant knowledge of Pharmacy Automation Systems to ensure they are used in the most appropriate manner through regular discussion with clients.
- Provide effective change management, capacity planning, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practices within the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Demonstrated high level skills and experience in the management and integration of Pharmacy Automation Systems, and the development and maintenance of associated business and technical requirements as they apply to Queensland Health pharmacy operations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, promote and apply ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / change /release management.
- Thorough knowledge of, or the ability to rapidly acquire a thorough knowledge of i.Pharmacy as an integrated application.
- Demonstrated high level analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with a proven record in the assessment and evaluation of technical requirements within a multifaceted information technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage diverse activities and priorities across organisational boundaries to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT environment. Experience in negotiating and managing service level agreements with emphasis on a strong customer focus.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others and work collaboratively with people including senior business, technical and vendor stakeholders to make decisions.
