As an Administration Officer, you will deliver efficient, confidential and patient‑centred administrative services within one of our diverse teams, which may include:

• Allied Health
• Critical Care & Clinical Support
• Cancer Care Services
• Genetic Health Queensland
• Internal Medicine & Emergency Services
• Medical Imaging
• Medical Records
• Patient Flow & Nursing/Midwifery Services
• Surgical & Perioperative Services
• Switchboard
• Ward Administration
• Women's & Newborn Services

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients, families, and staff.
• Prepare accurate, well‑presented correspondence, emails and documents.
• Undertake a variety of administrative tasks such as reception, admissions, scheduling, medical records, finance, ward administration or call centre/switchboard duties.
