About the role
You will work within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance operations aligned with Metro North Health values and legislative requirements.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
- This position is responsible for ensuring all work packages are delivered in a manner satisfying all required Workplace Health and Safety requirements including the MNH Safety Management Plan and all safe systems of work.
- Manage own leave balances to ensure at all times that Annual Leave entitlements held do not surpass 6 weeks of accrued leave without approval from the Manager BEMS.
- Maintain personal licences and any assigned annual training requirements, to ensure that they are always current.
- Complete and maintain current status in all required training including face to face and online training
