🚀 About the role
We're seeking an experienced Allied Health Manager to lead and support multidisciplinary allied health services across the Torres Strait and Northern Peninsula Area (NPA), working from Thursday Island (Waiben).
This is a leadership role offering genuine autonomy, complexity, and professional growth you simply won't find in a metro setting. You'll:
- Lead and support a diverse allied health workforce across remote and island communities
- Navigate clinical, cultural, logistical and workforce challenges with flexibility and heart
- Work in partnership with local communities, health workers and stakeholders
