Role details
The Strategic Finance at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your opportunity
- Supporting the Manager, Activity Based Manager with the organisational Activity Based Management.
- To provide high level data reporting and analysis to support operational and strategic plans by the Mackay Hospital and Health Service.
- Integrate data from a range of health information systems to provide meaningful reports for clinicians and managers in an Activity Based Funding environment.
About the Team
Finance Management consists of Financial Accounting, including Revenue, Assets and Strategic Finance. The team provides routine and ad-hoc information, analysis and advice for various stakeholders such as the Executive, Service Directors, Business Managers and Clinicians.

Mackay Hospital and Health Service has 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services and 4 community health centres that employ more than 3,700 staff. The district covers an area of approximately 90,000km2 and provides services to patients and their families in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine and Sarina.
