The CCC is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in a role that goes beyond business-as-usual HR. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on variety and is equally motivated by making a genuine difference to the wellbeing of others. This role is a HR generalist, and you will have the rare opportunity to shape and drive meaningful, organisation-wide impact. You will lead the health, safety and wellbeing function in the team and be at the forefront of initiatives that protect both physical safety and psychological wellbeing - balancing compliance with care, and prevention with promotion.

About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
• Experience across a broad range of HR functions including health, safety and wellbeing, employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance and conduct management, policy development, organisational change and development.
• Ability to work as an internal HR advisor / business partner providing operational and strategic advice tailored to business needs, understanding the organisation's operations, drivers and challenges.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft correspondence, briefing notes, reports, policy documentation, work instruction and selection documentation.
• Capability to work with limited direction, prioritising competing tasks, and managing complex, possibly multi-disciplinary HR matters.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation, industrial instruments, employment law, public sector directives, , equal employment opportunity, and diversity and inclusion principles.
