Your opportunity
The Clinical Nurse Facilitator role is an advanced level clinician who is responsible for supporting nursing student workforce development and growth, providing leadership, clinical and education direction, and supporting nursing staff, students, and the interdisciplinary team in the delivery of evidence-based and best practice education services.
This role will support an appropriately skilled workforce to deliver evidenced based person-centred care and service planning, supporting a culture reflective of the Village Connect Principles of the South West HHS.
As the Clinical Nurse Facilitator, you will demonstrate advanced level expertise and/or skill set in the provisions of nursing care as specified by registration requirements, NMBA standards and codes, educational preparation, relevant to legislation and context of care.

Charleville is a designated Remote Area Nursing Incentive Package (RANIP) site in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Queensland Health) Award – State 2015. This attracts additional entitlements which may include:
- An annual isolation bonus paid annually!
- Return airfares to the nearest provincial city in conjunction with leave!
- Additional annual leave per annum!
