- Provide strategic leadership to support the school's vision and drive excellence in teaching, learning, and student wellbeing.
- Working in partnership with the Principal, you will lead staff performance, curriculum implementation, and inclusive practices, while building strong relationships with students, families, and the wider community to foster a safe and high-performing school environment.
- Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.

The Perfect Fit:
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a Queensland state school or similar context
- Strong instructional leadership aligned to the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements
- Proven ability to lead staff performance, coaching, and professional learning
- Strong understanding of Inclusive Education, student wellbeing, and behaviour support frameworks
- Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Highly developed communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leading whole-school improvement agendas or Strategic Plan initiatives
- Operational leadership experience
- Experience leading wellbeing, engagement, or inclusion portfolios
