Your Role:

As the Corporate Services Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering high‑quality corporate services across the region. You'll provide timely advice and support to internal and external stakeholders, contribute to regional priorities and ensure efficient processes are in place to support operations.

This role can be based at any of our regional offices in Mackay, Rockhampton, Gladstone, Emerald or Longreach.

Responsibilities include:

  • Undertake purchasing, procurement and grant‑related processes across the region
  • Prepare, analyse and distribute financial reports, providing advice on budgets and expenditure
  • Support delivery of HR activities including establishment management
  • Develop, implement and enhance administrative systems, processes and regional operating procedures

About You:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a confident written and verbal communicator
  • Demonstrates excellent time‑management and organisational skills
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can balance competing priorities
  • Has strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
  • Experience with SAP and Expense Me Pro would be highly regarded
