About us:

The Gladstone Integrated Service is in Gladstone and consists of an Adult Mental Health Service, Child and Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS), Step-Up-Step Down Unit and Alcohol and Other Drugs Services. The Gladstone Integrated Service provides specialised services for the population of Gladstone and the surrounding areas through a range of interventions including assessment, case management, therapeutic treatment, support, consultations and referrals. The service works in collaboration with the local hospitals, other Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs teams and with primary health, community and private sector providers to reduce symptoms and facilitate recovery.

About the role:

  • Deliver occupation-focused mental health assessment and intervention.
  • Support functional participation at home, school and in the community.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary care planning and service delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement and professional development.

About you:

  •  You hold AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • You value child-centred, strengths-based mental health practice.
  • You work collaboratively and communicate with warmth and clarity.
  • You are motivated to grow your mental health expertise.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $135,857 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $56.08 - $60.05 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
