About your opportunity:
In this position you will…..
- Utilise high level clinical knowledge, expertise and decision making based upon current evidence, to provide safe and efficient service delivery to multiple service areas on a daily basis across the continuum of care.
- Support individual performance and development processes of less experienced staff, including identifying continuing professional development training needs to ensure safe and effective delivery of services.
- Foster and maintain well developed links with internal (including multidisciplinary team) and external stakeholders to ensure coordination of patient care in a professional manner.
