Central Queensland Health delivers specialist, recovery-focused mental health services across diverse communities. Gladstone Integrated Services provides coordinated adult, youth and community-based care through strong local partnerships.

About the role:

  • Deliver discipline-specific adult mental health intake, assessment and triage
  • Undertake mental state and risk assessments to support timely care pathways
  • Contribute to care planning and therapeutic interventions
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and outreach team
  • Participate in data collection, service development and quality improvement
  • Engage in professional development, supervision and continuous learning

About you:

  • You are a registered nurse with current AHPRA registration
  • You have experience in adult mental health
  • You communicate clearly and therapeutically in complex situations
  • You manage competing priorities while maintaining high clinical standards
  • You value teamwork, flexibility and recovery-focused practice

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $135,857 p.a. is comprised of:

  • An hourly rate between $56.08 - $60.05 p.h.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
