About the Role
The position of Digital and Creative Team Leader plays a leading role across a range of initiatives and projects.
In this role you will lead the day-to-day activities of a team of web, digital and design professionals, and you will be an advocate for innovation and digital solutions that enhance the performance and experience of CHQ staff and consumers.
The successful candidate will have experience across contemporary digital and creative production and well-developed project management skills that will increase efficiency and contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions.
How you will contribute to CHQ
In this role you will coach and support others to deliver for children, young people and families (Leader of Others) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
•Support the Manager, Digital Engagement and assist in the leadership and coordination of a team of multi-disciplinary digital and design professionals.
•Play a lead role in the production and coordination of innovative and high-quality print, digital and online solutions while ensuring outcomes meet the needs of specific audiences or users.
•Provide leadership in the scoping, planning and creation of project briefs as well as overall project management, to achieve required project deliverables within the project budget and timelines.
