As the Occupational Therapist - Advanced you will strategically plan, develop, and implement multi-speciality best practice Occupational Therapy clinical services for the complex and varied clinical presentations across the lifespan and continuum of care for client in the Tablelands and Mossman region, and provide outreach services to smaller communities within the catchment.

About your role:
- Lead through independent initiation, management and evaluation of quality and service improvement activities, using advanced policy and organisational knowledge, to enhance service deliver and standards.
- This position provides advice around and leads the development of professional competence and knowledge base in occupational therapy across the rural facilities.
- Utilise advanced negotiation, consultancy, advocacy, reporting and change management skills to work with service providers and stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators as well as optimal client outcomes across the continuum of care.
