What you'll do
You will lead the coordination and delivery of a complex branch-wide change initiative to implement an approved business case including organisational restructure and operating model modernisation to enable future-focused data services.
You will work in partnership with branch leaders and teams to translate strategic intent into clear, measurable implementation plans, establish effective governance and delivery rhythms, and support leaders to take accountability for their contributions.
You will ensure progress is monitored, interdependencies are managed, and issues are addressed in a collaborative and timely way so that agreed milestones are met and sustainable improvements in capability and performance outcomes are achieved.
About you
We are searching for someone who:
- Demonstrated experience in enabling and coordinating the delivery of complex change initiatives, including planning, governance, and benefits realisation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and levels and facilitate alignment and managed interdependencies across multiple teams or branches to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Proven ability to collaborate and support leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, drive accountability for outcomes and enable workforce transition, capability uplift and cultural alignment.
- Skill in shaping communication approaches that support change adoption and stakeholder engagement.
