About the Team
The Evolve Therapeutic Service (ETS) provides mental health services to children and young people 0-18 years involved with child safety services, on child protection orders and in out-of-home care, who have severe and/or complex mental health needs. The service delivers clinical and coordinated support to children and young people including their stakeholder network to improve their mental health and wellbeing. The Queensland ETS program is an external third party funded program under a Memorandum of Understanding between Queensland Health and the Department of Families, Seniors, Disability Services and Child Safety.
About the Role
In this role you will deliver quality outcomes for children, young people and families (Leader of Self) in accordance with the Children's Health Queensland Leadership Excellence Framework and the Queensland Public Service and the CHQ values. Your contribution will include:
- Provide a high level of quality administration services to the Statewide Evolve Therapeutic Services (ETS) Program, incorporating excellent organisational skills to establish priorities and ensure deadlines are met.
- Organise, coordinate and manage all secretarial and administrative tasks and support for relevant clinical and non-clinical meetings and events relevant to ETS program.
- Prepare and distribute relevant documents as required (correspondence, agendas, minutes, professional development flyers etc.).
- Maintain a calendar of appointments and negotiate schedules and diaries as necessary.
- Prepare accurate and timely memos, letters, forms, briefing notes, monthly and quarterly MOU reports, agenda papers and presentations for the senior staff, in line with the organisation's formats and standards.
