The Senior Advisor Performance and Reporting is responsible for supporting the leaders at all levels in the CCC to support corporate performance and reporting that helps achieve our purpose and strategic priorities. In this role, you will also play a key role in establishing and reporting against the CCC performance framework and assisting to measure the performance of strategic and operational initiatives to ensure we are making an impact for the people of Queensland.

About you
The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:
• Assist with the high-level preparation, review and coordination of estimate briefs, Service Delivery Statements, the annual report, briefing notes, submissions, business cases, parliamentary crime and corruption committee papers and other correspondence in accordance with CCC requirements.
• Work in partnership with senior management and key stakeholders to co-design, critically analyse, develop and evaluate:
o annual strategies and divisional business plans
o business cases to support the initiation of programs and projects for integrated business planning
o long term strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with the CCC Strategic Plan.
• Contribute to the timely reporting of the CCC's annual strategic and portfolio planning cycle and artefacts.
• Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of the CCC's performance measurement and reporting framework with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the collection and reporting of performance metrics for presentation to CCC Executive, Board and external agencies to meet the CCC's reporting responsibilities.
• Support the development of key performance metrics and associated data dictionaries in accordance with the CCC's data governance and planning frameworks.
• Support the delivery of presentations and workshops related to strategic planning, divisional planning, integrated business planning and performance measurement and reporting.
• Undertake environmental scanning and research relevant to the portfolio of strategy and organisational performance.
• Assist in the development, implementation and overview of policies, frameworks, standards and guidelines in line with CCC requirements.
• Contributing to building an inclusive culture that respects and promotes inclusion, human rights and diversity.
