The DETSI Delivery Office (DDO) is seeking a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst to join the Portfolio Reporting and Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring and implementing portfolio delivery and performance reporting including the collection, analysis and reporting of data to support active management of whole-of-department governance and priority program delivery.
You will work closely with program managers, senior executives and corporate stakeholders to provide high-quality reporting, insights and advice that support informed decision-making, alignment to strategic priorities and the successful delivery of DETSI’s key initiatives.

The DETSI Delivery Office (DDO) sits within the Portfolio Reporting and Delivery (PRAD) team and supports a portfolio-wide view of the department's priority initiatives. The DDO works across the department to enable effective governance, remove barriers and support the successful delivery of key programs.
As a Senior Data and Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring and implementing portfolio delivery and performance reporting. This includes collecting, analysing and reporting data to support active management of whole-of-department governance and priority program delivery.
You will provide specialist advice on data management, reporting and performance analysis, using Microsoft Office 365 platforms including Power BI, SharePoint, PowerApps and Power Automate. You will prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports, maintain high-quality data sources, and support continuous improvement of reporting tools to ensure they are reliable, fit for purpose and easy to use.
The role works closely with program managers, senior executives and corporate stakeholders to deliver clear, accurate and timely reporting that supports informed decision-making and alignment to departmental priorities. You will also collaborate with Digital and Information Services and other internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with information security and privacy requirements.

You will demonstrate sound judgement, the ability to work across boundaries and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
