Step Into Your Next Chapter:
The role involves interpreting and applying departmental and school policies and guidelines, ensuring that all legislative and procedural requirements are met.
You will serve as the first point of contact for students accessing the Student HUB, providing a calm, safe, and supportive environment throughout the school day.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain an accurate level of daily roll marking and late arrivals/early departures of students
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunties within the Student Services HUB
- Create a welcoming, inclusive space where parents and students feel valued, supported, and heard.
- Ensure first aid supplies are properly maintained, fully stocked, and readily accessible at all times.
- Monitor Sick Bay and provide first aid.
- Ensure confidentiality of all student and family records and communications.
