About the role:

  • Provide high-level strategic, business, and political advice to the Health Service Chief Executive.
  • Lead and manage the Office of the Chief Executive, ensuring efficient operational and governance support.
  • Coordinate and oversee strategic projects and diverse work units across the health service.
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships and negotiate outcome-oriented solutions.
  • Drive analytical research and problem-solving to address sensitive regional health issues.
  • Ensure high-quality communication and documentation for executive-level decision-making.

About you:

  • You are an expert leader with significant experience in executive management and service delivery.
  • You possess strong business and political acumen to navigate sensitive environments.
  • You are a master communicator who can positively influence and motivate diverse teams.
  • You are an expert in stakeholder engagement, balancing the needs of various groups effectively.

What we offer:

Total remuneration value of up to $214,878 p.a. is comprised of:

  • A salary between $174,339 - $188,056 p.a.
  • 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
  • 17.5% leave loading
