About the Role
The Business Manager will play a key role in managing the delivery of corporate services, supporting educational management activities, and leading systemic change. Reporting to the Principal, this role involves overseeing administrative, financial, and human resources support, as well as supervising school support staff and collaborating with the school management team and community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing business services autonomously in a dynamic and complex environment, adapting processes as needed.
- Delivering comprehensive administrative support, including preparing reports, conducting research, and recommending solutions.
- Supervising and managing school support staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
- Assisting the Principal with budget preparation and financial administration, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
- Advising on facilities and grounds maintenance, managing resources, and ensuring sustainability.
