Your new role:
As the Advanced Pharmacist – Team Leader Rural and Health Centres, you will provide advanced clinical leadership, operational oversight and strategic direction to pharmacy services across Beaudesert Hospital and health centres, supporting safe, high-quality and patient-centred care by:
- Leading and managing complex clinical pharmacy services across rural and health centre settings
- Providing operational management, workforce planning and professional supervision of pharmacists and support staff
- Delivering advanced clinical and consultancy services with a high level of independent professional judgement
- Supporting service development, quality improvement, research and innovative models of care
- Building strong interprofessional relationships and contributing expert advice at a local and state-wide level
About you:
You are a motivated and experienced senior pharmacist who thrives in leadership roles and complex clinical environments, with:
- Advanced clinical expertise and the ability to independently manage complex patient care
- Demonstrated experience leading, supervising and developing multidisciplinary pharmacy teams
- Strong communication, change management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven capability in service improvement, workforce management and operational planning
- Registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA and eligibility to work in Australia

Logan Hospital:
Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
